bulding a superchaged 347

ok i have chose to buld a 347 i have my 302 striped to the shell going to send it out to get machined i need to know what stroker kit i should buy i want ti to be cheep but strong iv bin looking at the pro power buget kit but live in canada BC and im scared at what it would cost to ship it hear any ways i need to know what to ask the shop to do to the block dont want to go in there knowing nothing
