hey guys, im so excited im finally buying cams for my mustang. I'm pretty set on FRPP hot rod cams only because of the price and it looks as if the gains are pretty much the same as the detroit rocker cams. I should expect a gain of 30 rwhp correct? I have longtube headers, CAI and a tune which will be updated. or am I off? anyone here with the same mods that has had it dynoed? If you have a mustang with hot rod cams, longtubes, CAI and tune please post your numbers of gains/rwhp on the dyno and let me know how you like them! thanks!

Estimate

If you search the Detroit Rockers Dyno Results you will get a pretty good idea. Brenspeeds test car had the same set up your running and they compared with a stock air box and CAI.
I know one of the guys I run with his Dyno came out to 27hp.
It is a 2009 Steeda CAI , Kooks L/T's , Hot Rod Cams and a AM tune. I can't remember if he deleted the plates.
I would say for the cost much cheaper than the other years. The Charge Motion Delete Plugs would help you hit the numbers you are looking for. The price you stated before I just can not see how you can pass these up. The 2 cams are so close and the quality is a non issue I know you got a winner on your hands. Keep us posted.
