Hello again, I have a leaky 1983 C5 automatic transmission due to a crushed dipstick tube. All I can find on the web are replacements for the Ford C4 transmission. I believe that these two tranys share the same tube, but I can't find any info that says so? Can anyone shine some light on the issue? My current tube bolts to the Aluminum bell housing then goes down and enters the case. The tube has one skinny o-ring around it.

as long as the C4 is not pan fill then they should work there are a few different bell sizes and that may interfere some but with some tweaking they will work or you could just buy a nice Lokar one that is flexible and works nice to.
