Cam question

Hey guys,
It's been awhile, this is my question. I have a set of gt-40 x303 heads, 1.7 rockers, I'm not sure which intake I want yet. A Cobra R or Trick Flow EFI Street, everything on a stock 302 90' block. Which cam should I go with to get the best out of this combo? The car is an auto :sterb: w/3.27 i will be stepping upto 4.10. Also should I move upto 24lbs injectors or will 19lbs be fine? Any info/sugestions on what steps to take would be helpful. My goal is to break 300 at the rear. I plan to put a Super Charger on later, but with a 331 block, so my current parts will be moved over.
