And what is Ford doing for traction on the slowest fast car around?
I guess Ford figures anyone with 50+ k for a sports car will have the money to buy a pair of drag radials and the people who don't want them don't have to worry about 10,000 mile lifespan. And what is Ford doing for traction on the slowest fast car around?
Couldn't agree with your comment more. It's been my pet peeve with the Shelby's (especially the Super Snake). They really need to do some major work in this area. And what is Ford doing for traction on the slowest fast car around?
somehow, i would think not. the gt500 is down almost a full liter on the blown camaro engine so it would probably not have the same tq.They plan on figuring out a way to lighten the body weight any, along with getting those tires to hook?
HP to HP is one thing, but I wonder whether it will top the ZL1 in TQ? Gotta get the edge somehow.
They make the same power because one is a OHV push rod V8 compared to a 32V DOHC V8. The larger displacement + old school reliable technology vs. lower displacement + new tech...to each their own, and they are both good in their own right. I'd take either one, but not for that price. For 55k you can get a C6 GS and mop the floor with both of those cars.still a 6.2 s/c vs a 5.4 s/c and they make the same power. something aint right, you would assume the 6.2 should crank out more..
