I was pretty sure it was the cooling fan not coming on which was causing the over heating because once the car started to over heat I pulled over, popped the hood and found the fan NOT running.
Checked the fuses which are all fine. Then I found it....pulled the power cord that attaches to the 3 teeth connector for the fan motor and found the plastic around one of the teeth looking like a crater. All burnt out looking like a fire cracker went off in there. I would assume the connector is bad or the motor blew out.
I have photos, but not with me. I would assume it is safe to say the fan motor needs to be replaced? Any feedback?
