Hi all,

Just had a look at the casting number on the motor in my mustang and is says the following:

10
RISE or FISE or something similar??
88

Does that sound right? Would i be right in assuming its an 88 model 5.0?

Cheers,

Scott

F1SE

Originally engineered for '91 Thunderbird (first year for H.O. in T-bird/Cougar) but also used in Mustang, Cougar, etc.

Casting numbers are not very useful in determining originality.
