I just installed a set of UD pulleys on a second 2005 Mustang and ran into a problem. One of the bolts from the Alternator bracket sitcks out too far and interferes with the new water pump pulley and rips the belt apart. I had to cut 1/16" from the end of the bolt using a dremmel tool.

I've written a set of detailed instructions with picture.
