Hey guys, I was wondering how big of a gap there is between the lid of your centre console and the cup holder lip. Mine is pretty big and I'm not sure if it always was this way, but it looks like it is not closed properly. I have no idea how to adjust this or if it is normal but its starting to annoy me.

This does not sound like a major recall situation, but why don't you just go visit with a Dealer about your concern....You are way too young to be so annoyed.................Plum

I am not THAT annoyed, I just figured I would ask around before going to the dealership.

In all likelihood there isn't an "adjust centre console lid gap" entry in the service manual, so they will probably attempt to just bend the metal locking loop, which is something I can do at home.

But hey, if they break it while trying at the dealership, then they have to fix it :bigthumbsup

Just don't bang on it with a hammer before you show up at the dealer, they may deny your warranty claim. :yup:
