early on when I first got my mustang, I painted the calipers red, im now considering changing them to a different color, im guessing I might have to remove the red paint, how do I go about doing that?

I would just paint over them, couldn't hurt anything.

I am considering repainting mine also. Plan to clean them well and paint over them. I don't see why this would be a problem as long as the original paint is not flaking.

That`s what I did. Cleaned them, covered everything I did not want painted, & painted them when I put my new wheels from AM.

Make sure after you clean them that you scuff sand the Paint until the Gloss is gone. Use the same type of Paint you did before too for compatibility.

Has anybody tried these? I am wondering if they actually are effective at keeping brake dust off my wheels.
