Chassis Dyno in Conroe/Woodlands Texas

Would there be any interest in a chassis dyno shop in the Conroe/Woodlands area? This would he a quality unit built to handle over 2000HP. Dual Eddy current brakes for steady state tuning.
Currently looking at property on FM3083 inside the loop in Conroe, but nothing set in concrete.
Initially the shop will offer dyno services only, but will offer tuning services at a later date.
