First 2011-2013 Mustang GT 5.0L 4V Factory 6-Speed Automatic STREET CAR In The 8’s!

Chris Cruz's 2011 Mustang GT C/S 5.0L 4V Factory 6-Speed Automatic Street Car Runs [email protected] weighing 3,900lbs with Driver.

The car makes 1,002 RWHP and 1,070 RWTQ on e85 Pump Gas with an L&M Engines Built 302 CID 5.0L 4V and a 4.0L Whipple "Crusher" Twin Screw Supercharger. This car is a daily driver and still retains the Factory K-Member, Sway Bar, and A/C.

I highly recommend watching the Video directly on YouTube in 1080P HD!

I followed the Kona Blue from the start and Chris from the start of KotS. Always inspired by the work that comes out of Evolution to bad they don't have the California Division.

HOLY CRAP!That's fast!Looks like it took a good amount of money & work but well worth it!

Anyone know if any of the other new muscle cars can touch it?

I wonder how much power that supercharger takes to spin at 7500rpm?

i bet its well over 200HP. So the pistons in that 302 are actually seeing 1200+ whp.. so that L&M engine is beyond impressive.

L&M seem to build some pretty awesome engines that make huge numbers without melting pistons or throwing rods. they also seem to use oliver rods a lot.

Are oliver rods that much better for FI?

Awesome to see our mustangs finally getting into the 8's.. only a matter of time till we catch the great GTR AMS 12 (8.60 @ 174).. notice its going a similar time slip but a lot more top end, right now the coyote is still low on HP at 'only' 1000 to the wheels.. we need more!
