I recently installed a new clutch and pressure plate and now I'm hearing a clicking sound from the clutch, it seems to match rpm's, goes away with light pressure on the pedal, and is loudest with the pedal all the way in. Clutch pedal all the way in or out I have the noise, but not in between. Could this be a problem with a pressure plate bolt?

did you make sure you alligned the disc with the tool that came with the kit? also make sure your lube your tob if you pull the tranny again.. its a fun uni/install :) im getting ammune to taking mine off sadly. the 6 pressure plate bolts should have nothing to do with it aslong as you tightend them down.

Yep, lubed the tob, thinkin I may pull the f%#&in tranny and check evreything again, I'll try adjusting it again first, have the ProMotion firewall brace/adjuster and adjustable cable, and I've only done like 200 clutch jobs, but never encountered this problem, thanks for the suggestion, lemme know if you think of anything

well the cable shouldnt be messed up all you had to do was disconnect it at the pedal wich is easy and at the arm, nothing should throw it out unless you messed with somthing else. the only other thing im thinking is like i said the disc isnt alligned right. make sure you leave the tool in up until your ready to put the tranny in its place. i dont need to tell you though 200 clutch jobs sheesh

Yeah, thanks again, left the alignment tool in as long as possible (pretty OCD about some things), and I even checked the alignment after torquing it down. The 200+ comes from building engines, racecars, and being a tech, but I'm stumped on this one

Well, FM2K GT, narrowed it down, either cable
or TOBsleeve, hoping its the cable, but my luck necessecitates pulling the tranny. I'll post the results after fixing and drinking.
