codes with the predator tune.PO602,PO605,P1211,P1690,

I am running the predator tune and these codes came up?PO602,PO605,P1211,P1690,The flash tuner says its normal but is it?And what are the codes?I am also having another problem the car starts to sputter at 3500rpm,Only if you floor it.If you press throttle slowly its fine.I changed fuel filter and it fixed it for a few days.Now its doing it worse than before Any ideas Thanks todd

P0602 Replace PCM.
P0605 PCM Read Only Memory Error.
P1211 Injector Control Pressure Above/Below Desired
P1690 Wastegate Control Valve Error

The last 2 are diesel truck codes???????? Couldn't find them for a Mustang.
Thanks Bullitt I kinda figured that i could not find the last two codes anywere.I cleared the codes and they have not come back.But car is really running poorly at full throttle.Do you think it could be the pump?I was having problems before doing the same thing and it was the fuel filter?Could it be bad again it was just changed a week ago.It only did it before on a hot day or after sitting in heavy traffic but now does it all the time.?Could the Pedator tuner have screwed something else up?
Sorry i forgot to tell which car .Its a 2003 Mach1 with K&N Filter and Diablo predator tune

A diablosport software program can't become corrupted if it successfully loaded into your ECU, there are times when it will stop at someting like 65% loaded as your transferring it and that can creates major headaches because of the anti theft, it happened to me before and I had to load the original backup then import the custom tune back again from my laptop! Kind of a PITA!:laugh:
OUTLAW CHOPPERS CHECK All your plugs and replace them with NGK TR-55's gapped to .045! When you said a code came up for misfire in Cylinder 5 I'm thinking you might have a plug that is starting to back out that's why I said DON"T Drive it.
That could be a cause of your problem!

Thanks buddy appreciate the help.I am still having the issue with what i think is the fuel pump.I should be hearing the pump shouldnt I?I have cleaned MAF sensor changed the plugs coil packs,I also changed fuel filter last week it ran great for about 5 days now the problem is back?Could it be a relay or something simple or should i change the pump?Oh yea about how much of a difference is a custom tune to the loaded predator tune?And how much are they?Have you any pics on the site of your car?My emails [email protected]
If all these issues started after loading the predator tune, reload the stock tune and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, contact Diablosport and report the issue. I had some issues in the past with my Predator not changing the speedometer correction for rear gears.

If the problem showed up after loading the tune, my money is that the tuner either has issues or the tune is corrupt somehow.
These issues i had before the tune ,i replaced fuel filter and it was great for a few days put the tune in and ran awesome tons of power!! and it went back to the old problem after a few days.Im thinking maybe fuel pump but i have no codes for that?
That's what I thought, the problem was occuring before you loaded the Predator tune. Datalog the Fuel Pump Duty Cycle and tell me the percentage your seeing at WOT(you'll need to log the TP Mode too so you can see when your at WOT when scrolling through the log playback.) Log the Spark Advance too, the Mach's run best at 26-28 WOT.
Glad your plugs were OK, I hate to hear about 4V's misfiring, I had a plug backout like many others which resulted in the Forged Motor rebuild, no regrets just lighter in the wallet:happyhapp

Thats a nice car Brutal.Thanks for everyones help it turned out to be alot of crap in the fuel tank,faulty pump was plugged with crap and a faulty injector.I thought i heard a miss and i was right....
That must have been why your fuel filter was black, haha!
How did you pinpoint a bad injector? Diagnostic machine?
Yea the pump was plugged and it looked like a whole pile of black rust in the tank!!Well the predator picked up a miss in cylinder 5 a while back so once i replaced the filter and pump you could still hear a little puff on the drivers side.So i started to unplug injectors and there was no change on cylinder 5 replaced it and it runs like brand new Thanks for everyones input.What a difference
