Coil packs go out.... again!

Back in Sept. 08' coil packs went out on me. 4 & 7 were miss-firing. Replaced both coils (Ford) with MSD.

In Nov. the same problems started occuring as before; miss-firing, blinking check engine light, rough idle, etc. I took it in to the place that installed the MSD coils and he said they were fine and replaced a harness. He didn't specify and I was just anxious to get my car back cuz he had it for a while.

Now 4 & 7 are not giving off spark again, . There's loss of power, blinking check engine light, etc. I find it very strange that 4 & 7 are the exact same ones not firing again...

Any ideas? Appreciate it...

PM STLWagon, he will be able to solve all your problems.
COP's

Start the car and get a test light. Pull the connector off cop # 4 with the car running and take the test light and see if you have any power going through that connector. No power bad connector; if it has power bad cop.
The harness (connector) wires were bare naked and the copper was exposed. I got a new harness and cut and pasted it. Works perfect now and it idles smooth finally.
