Hey...since we get about a million threads asking about "which springs should I get and how much will it drop my car?" I found the following information.

It's a chart that shows how to calculate the rate of a coil spring, and below it has the spring rates, and amount of drop for most of the popular aftermarket and OEM springs.

It would be nice to sticky it, and just refer future questions to the sticky. :bigthumbsup

The chart also leads me to question my previous belief that the stock springs are progressive. It gives one number, which to me suggests that they are linear rate, and not progressive.
