I've been trying to finish up my 289 EFI swap and im running into some tunning issues. besides my fuel delivery being off causing the idle rpm to be super low and rough, my tachometer is bouncing after the vehicle stalls. after it stalls the tach needle bounces back and forth from 0 to7 and keeps doing that untillthe key is cycled out of run. I am using an A9L computer out of a 93 mustang GT. I'm using a green wire off of the coil harness I thought was the negative side of the coil. Did I do anything wrong or is there a larger problem?

I know how to fix my fuel delivery issues to handle my idle and performance issues, but this tachometer bouncing kinda scares me...

any insight from you all would be greatly appreciated..
