Does the 99 cobra come stock with a cold air intake

No it just has a factory airbox which is pretty restrictive, especially if you still have the paper filter and silencer attached!
I'm gonna be doing a bolt on Dyno Test at my friends Mustang Speed shop this monday, testing different Air Meters and Intake Kits! :bigthumbsup
