Hi guys. I need help. My fuel pump died a few weeks a go. I was refueling and when I tried to start nothing. I thought that it was the battery. My brother and my brother-in-law installed a new fuel pump. Now I noticed that the neddles/hands on my gauges, when I turn the ignition key to the on position, they move all the way to the right and then back to the 0 or normal positon, I also noticed that the theft ligth doesn't blink when I take the key of the ignition... Can anyone help please, other than that the car runs good, needs new tires tho'. It's a 00 V6, 3.8 automatic with 79k miles.....

Sorry for the ignorance, how do I do that? If you have to disconnect the battery for a few mins. I did that.
