Cosworth[/URL] , has just announced plans to open a $30 million plant in suburban Detroit to supply an unnamed manufacturer.
Cosworth CEO Hal Reisiger wouldn't say who exactly they would be working with, but did say they manufacture "hi-performance road cars."
According to Automotive News , Cosworth will produce V8 cylinder heads at a factory in Shelby Township, Michigan. The location was picked due to it's “proximity to the customer base.”
