I fell in love with Cowl hoods recently and noticed that it wouldn't be too expensive to install and get painted. Does anyone have any suggestions? I found this one:

That looks solid. I was thinking of doing the same thing to my black v-6. My issue is that i have a racing stripe though and i would have to pay extra for that - plus I would have to hope that the white stripe isn't too white as to look non-matching with the rest of the car. Good luck

Ha yeah I installed a matte black stripe on my current hood too. Along with FORD Letters. So I would have to replace all that. I don't know Im going back and fourth on this one. I would wager my total investment would be around 600 with paint and shipping. Then tact on 30 for stripe refill and 14 for the FORD letters.
