Found this just poking around on craigslist: $150.

SCT Xcalibator 2 programmer!!

A tuner is probably going to be my next mod power-wise. I was just curious if this is legit or if it could be vin locked? something like that?

I've just started research in the tuner field and these seem pretty good, am I wrong?

SCT is great but Im not sure of getting a used one. If you dont have a CAI then I would save until you can get a Programmer CAI combo.

Yea thats what Im worried about, plus I like the safety and reliability of buying new from a manufacture. Guess it cant hurt to shoot him an email.

I already have a CAI, i just edited my sig so I wouldnt have to leave y'all questioning and save me typing it every time. :bigthumbsup

After a couple of uses it "locks" with the particular PCM it is being used with. You may have to send it to SCT to have it "unlocked".
