Crossroadz Direct

Has anyone delt with this place? I am having nothing but trouble with them.,they took my payment realy quick but have not been able to get ahold of them for over a week now!

You may want to ask over at www.bradbarnett.net. dont know if it was here or on that site that I read someone was having a lot of trouble with them. pretty long tread and the owner at Crossroadz chimed in with the personal issues going on etc.

thanks i found the thread over there,i wouldnt complain but after a week and 15 e-mails and no response one beging to think that im getting screwed...........
I have used CrossRoadzDirect to buy 18" Chrome Bullits...

Back in March, when I purchased the wheels, I had no problems with Matt, the owner regarding my purchase...

Thaks for the vote of coffidance,I just HAVE NOT been able to contact this guy at all since my card was billed.I understand if hes busy with family matters but come on now,its been over a week and no phone calls,e-mails. I run 6 body shops in two different states and I find time to contact my customers...................
If you don't hear from him soon, I would contact your credit card company and start the paperwork to get your money back. Credit card companys do not like it when their customers get ripped off. The two times I have had problems, my cc company jumped on the offending vendors. From one I got my money back, the other immediately shipped my order. :gringreen

I read a news story a while back about that. The credit cart company takes the money back and charges the vendor 30 bucks for their trouble. Thats why the one vendor shipped your order right away.
well it seems that the place credited my account today,funny how after a week of e-mails they wouldnt return any comments but 1 hour after posting on a few sites i got a response!now to find somewhere else that sells the saleen gauge pod!any sugestions?
Interesting.. I'd never had a problem with Crossroadz Direct until today. I bought a GT takeoff bumper cover from Matt who seems like a really nice guy -- one of those rare "real people" you find on the 'net.

Unfortunately it seems like he's been screwed over by a company called "Direct Marketing Solutions" -- he tells me they supply the GT takeoff bumpers for his company. Basically what happened is, I ordered a redfire takeoff bumper and ended up with TWO cheaply painted chipped and scratched GT bumpers. Obviously NOT factory -- there was only one layer of redfire paint. No flexicoat, no primer, no clearcoat.

I've been in touch with Matt off and on over the past few days and I sincerely hope he's going to take care of this mess. He offered a full refund when I sent him the pics of the first "fake" takeoff bumper but now after sending me a second "fake" bumper he's retracted his offer and accused me of being a "scammer!"

I saved and printed out the web page and emails regarding this purchase. If you look at the exact language on the site (http://shops.wholesale411.com/mattie323i/product_info.php?cPath=18056_19127&products_id=51726&) I think you'll agree with me that I've been had.

What do you guys think?

I had MAJOR Issues with Crossroads Direct....placed my order..they took the $$ from credit card...then the order was placed on backorder for 2 months...I decided to cancel it and it took me over 3 more months to get my $$ back. Had very little success with getting in touch with Matt and was told no less than 3 times that I would get the credit back to my card immediately but it didn't happen.


Personally I will never use them again.
