cut out problem

i have a gt and at wide open throttle it will miss before it gets close to red line and shift like you let off the gas i have a bbk cold air intake and flowmasters and hyper module for performance mods it runs fine uless you hammer it in first gear any thoughts? and i replaced cap wires rotor and plugs
