Yep, honestly...it did take me pulling up behind it a second time. They don't fit. The angle at the bottom touches the bumper cover on both sides pretty good. The black panel on the 13 touches the red lens outer edge, making a rub mark too.

Surely it didn't come like this (left over parts?) but I'd think it was in an accident and that's all they could get a hold of quick? Who knows. I got a pic but haven't loaded it yet and I believe there are already pics out there so...no big deal. More curious how this happened on a rental. lol

you can find 2010-12 lights on ebay for like $50 alll day long, 2013 lights are near $500 a piece... so i can see he probably got rear ended, and went cheap on the replacement. 2013 lights are abit to small to fit 2010-12 so i can see how 12 lights are to big for 2013 rears.

Sounds Like someone went to a cheap body shop. That's why you see all kinds of accords and chargers and other single exhaust cars with the dual exhaust bumpers. Note to the young always insist on Oem parts for insurance claims.

I actually do know about that - and I'm sure it's why they only rent v6s now

And more than 1 came back with the weld marks under the back carpet where they put the roll bar in and cut it back out before returning it.
Have seen a couple of GT350H's in my time :bigthumbsup

Yeah, my money is more on a switcheroo than a body shop going cheap on replacement parts. I'd be lying if the same thought regarding the 2013 headlights or taillights hadn't crossed my mind for a split second before.

What about the headlights, do they have the LED strips in them?

Looks much better than the cheap finish of the 13 tail lights. Too bad the fit is not great. If i had a 13', first thing i would do is swap the rear bumper, tail lights, and remove that godawful plastic decklid panel.

+1 on Race Red, but it does look like shoddy body repair in the pics....I remember with the Hertz rentals they ended putting seals/tags on the motors and parts when they figured out the old switcharoo
