whats up guys ill be sitting at a light and all the sudden my idle will drop my oil pressure goews from about 22 to 20 and the car slightly shakes it almost sounds like you can here the cam spinning as weird as the sounds my guess is maybe the 02 or something the one looks pretty bad

First, I'd check for codes.

Clean your idle air control. It's the cylindrical device on your throttle body. Remove it ( new gasket) and clean it and the throttle body good w/ cleaner

You might want to clean the egr valve assybly out too. Also try spraying some connector cleaner in the iac, and egr valve connector. Oh Check the vacuum lines especially the ones from the egr, and egr solenoid vacuum valve.

thanks guys ill check out the egr i threw on a new aic and maf over the summer and ordered a code scanner too hopefully they're accurate
