Do 2004 MIL Eliminators work on 2005's?

I am reading many posts of people saying that the 1996-2004 Mil's work on 2005 Mustangs as well. And then some post say they dont work. And a couple say they only work on 05 Mustangs made before March 05. Can someone confirm if the 04 Mils work on a 05. I think the plug is the same, as well as the 4 wires inside. So i would think they would work.
I also know many people use the tuners to shut the 02's off, but i would prefer MIL's. Has anyone with an 05 had success with an 04 MIL?

i would think mil eliminators are universal. but i could be wrong
