Hi Guys,
I'm undecided if I plasti dip flat black my Brembos. What do you suggest?

Black and red always look very sinister. Love the color combo. I would definitely do it!
Yep i may be bias'ed because i have black plasidiped wheels on my red mustang, but I do love the color/combo and would recommend it for everyone.

I was going to order some black lugs from AM, but after seeing the silver lugs on black wheels it looked pretty cool, gives it just enough flair to look good, but not stand out. And Plastidiped lugs, i have a feeling the first time you put your socket on them, the plastidip would come off.

No. The Brembo wheels are one of the best-looking factory designs ever made. Don't make it so you can't even see what they look like from 20 feet away.
I'd say go for it. Why not? I'm pretty sure you can remove the plasti-dip if you decide you don't like it.
Plasti dip will definitely not stay on there. And if it rips apart it's going into your rotor. I would just paint it only 20 bucks for the kit
i guess you could always plasti dip them and if you dont like it take it off. I personally like the brembos in stock form

There are a lot of guys on here with plasti dipped wheels, I don't think I've heard of any issues.

OP: I would only plasti dip the wheels for protection (if you have crazy winters), otherwise, it's a shame to hide those wheels.

I like black wheels on red cars. I say go for it. I plastidipped my rims and have no issues. Youll have to buy black lug nuts though, when you tighten them the dip peels off.
especially since you have the black C stripe, gotta do black rims!
keep the contrast. black wheels just blend in
Thanks for your comments Guys. I like both looks, and don't think there is any risk if I plastidipp them. I can back to stock very easy, if I get bored or paint them permanent if I like the looks.:yourock:
It would be a shame to hide those wheels. They are the best looking stock wheels I think.
I'm completely against it with those wheels.

If you want black Brembo wheels buy the Ford Racing version of the wheels that come black.

OT, but what size back tires you running? They look good, 275's, 285's?
The red car with the black wheels defiantly looks better… Maybe if the car with the stock colored Brembo’s didn’t have that C strip on it I would pick it,
looks like a car I see when I drive to the airport and travel though Aurora Colorado.
I plastidipped my wheels, I like them oem or black, both ways look good. I'm not sure how long they will last, finish does not look like they will last a long time that way. I did 5-6 coats.

Keep 'em stock. Your car looks great +1 on the stance, those sport springs give it the perfrect stance. How's the ride compared to stock brembo shocks/springs?
Red plasit dip

I went with red plasi-dip to go with my red cf stripes.

Much better than the stock set up. That should the way the car should come from the dealer. My set up is Koni STRT shocks & Steeda sport springs. Much better handling & the ride is not hard. Looks much better than stock
