does 2004 cobra need retune for smaller pulley
looking at buying an 2004 cobra with smaller supercharger pulley but owner says engine computer hasnt had a new tune for smaller pulley does it need one? thanks, guys says he isnt sure. so how do i find out. i told them to dyno tune it to find out, and i want to see documentation of it. if not tune was done could motor be damaged? thanks

if it's the right price and runs properly i would buy it and have it dynoed. the most a dyno tune is going to cost you is 500-600 bucks. and most of those include a handheld tuner.
YES, it is necessary to program the computer to add more fuel or there is danger of detonation due to leaning out the air fuel mixture.
