Okay, so ealry on when they first came out I drove a 5.0 GT auto and wasn't impressed. I liked my 2010 GT manual with 3.73 gears better. I have now driven an equivalent 5.0. WOW. It is very different. Very tempting.
Somebody on another board just purchased a 2011 auto GT, installed 4.10's and an email tune, then went to the track and ran 12.30's @ 111 mph. These cars are something else.:happydance:
Been saying all along you gotta go with the 3.73s and a manaul. They make a 2010 over .5 second faster than an auto or even a 3.31, i have no doubt they would do the same for an 11.
Comparing a 10 with 3.73s with a LESSER equipped 11, is not going to yield much impressing...but WITH them...noticable difference (as you said).
