I'm currently rebuilding my stock e7te heads and I'm in need for new valve seals, does anyone know the measurement for them I was looking at summits site and they look universal? Can someone help me out.

I bought a engine overhaul gasket kit, and mine came with new ones. I didnt use them because they arent for my GT40p heads plus my heads are not even a year old. I would give them to you. I got the felpro gasket kit for a 1993 cobra but I am sure the heads are the same.

You want the .530 inch, for 11/32 valve stems.
