i want to know if ecu chips really enhance power at all my friends tell me the hardy do anything and websites say they give u great performance boosts
This is the main reason I am looking to buy one. If the Speedcal is $99 and MIL Eliminators are $60, I can spend another $100 and get a used Predator off of ebay and still get a small gain in power. Plus I have heard MIL Eliminators go bad after a while, so why worry about it.mbhmustang1998 said:.....and can also be used later to turn off MILS due to offroad midpip and if u get different size tires or gears, it can recalibrate the 99+ auto cars, as this is the only way to fix the speedo after one of these installs or if u ever get a dynoe tune, u will allready have the chip.

I do have one question though. Does the SCT Xcalibrator2 come with a Performance tune for mostly stock vehicles like the Predator does? If so, which stock tune is better? The articles I have read only mention custom tunes for the SCT. I figuered I would save the custom tune for the supercharger, If I ever get one.

Keep in mind that the tune also set the timing way advanced and that added a lot of power. It's easy to use and DiabloSport keeps developing updates for the module itself that you can download.
