edelbrock rpm heads 202, do I need to notch the pistons

where can i get that isky tool?and no the car is not going to be smog tested,not a daily driver but i will drive it on the streets,These are my mods so far, 410 gears,moiser 28 spline axles,detroit loker,upper lower contol arm,50/50back,90/10 front,aluminum drive shaft,subframe connectors

how is youre stang running after you put the heads on,any good diffrence in power

thanks for youre help.and a friend of a friend is going to do all my engine work,probally just end up puttimg a whole new rotating assembly with forged pistons,not like the hypers i have on now
