Usually you can fine the block plate and cap on ebay. Basically you just take all the EGR components off and block off where the EGR sit and the tube to the header.
you gotta tune it out, turn it off with a tuner. its real easy to do. i deleted it on mine before i took it to the dyno. i didnt want those hot exhaust gases recirculating back into my intake and making carbon build up. ive experienced no issues with it deleted.
