:winksI have the taurus fan with the flexalite 33054 installed.i just installed a 180* thermostat I was running stock. My temp gauge on stock cluster climbs to 2-2 1/2 hashes past the 130 mark.Is that good?I just want to make ure the thermostat is open at or around that point before the fan kicks on.Does this sound good or should I raise the fan temp? Thanks again

if you do the math on the factory temp gauge, each mark is worth 23.33333 degrees..so the middle mark is right about 200

from the cold to hot(give or take a degree or 2):

130
153.3
176.6
199.9
223.2
246.5
269.8

Ford gauges suck lol

The factory gauge is a waste of space. Hit it with a laser temp reader to make sure your good. A 180* t stat doesnt always make the car run 185*. Buy a better gauge.

Nice car by the way that was how mine was originally going to look.
