Check the battery voltage and battery connections @battery and engine block/frame.Did the problem develop suddenly(overnight) or was it a progressive slow process? Why do you feel its the wiring harness? Have you done any testing on this at all?Does car start?Need some more detailed info on the problem to give any direction on repairs.

it happened over night, the car is drivable the power windows work the top goes down its just my dash cluster that doesn't work and the radio but all the rest of the electrical works and my stepdad and I tested the battery voltage and everything is fine on that end so the next thing we can think of is the main harness.

I would assume that you checked all the fuses? Both in the car and under the hood?

Assuming that you have checked all of the fuses, if this were my car, the 1st thing that I would check is the center console ground. Why? Because the cluster and the radio share the behind the center console ground. The best way to know for certain is the MEASURE the resistance from the cluster black wires back to battery negative. Should be way less then 5 Ohms. Be sure to use a good battery and zero the VOM before taking the measurement.

While you are at it, check all of the grounds around the radiator core support. Are they all clean and tight?

EXACTLY what does not work on dash? lighting ? gauges? speedometer? Check what does and what does not work in DETAIL in the "dash cluster" and we can help track down the issue. It may be a ground wire issue or a blown fuse but check it out as detailed as possible to help pinpoint the problem in the circuiting.Wire harness replacements are usually not the problem.Open 12 volt + wires.short circuits, open grounds, etc. are the usual issues.Did you do any electrical work/installs on the car recently?Any unusual problems before this happened?
