Engine Rebuild cost

I have a 302 2bl and I want to get the engine rebuild. I will pull heads, intake, everything except crank and pistons. How much should it cost to have a shop do the heads/valves and magniflux block hone, re install crank and pistons? I wil then finish the job off..
