Hey I had a question and i was just wondering what you all thought. I have a 2000 GT and i wanted to put a 03 cobra engine in it. But i dont know where to get one. And i was wondering how hard it was to maybe drop a bigger engine in it. I dont know what i can fit under the hood with minor modifications.

A 5.4 mod motor should fit under there with only a hood swap as far as I know. The deck heigth of the 5.4 is a couple inches higher so the stock Mustang hood won't work.

03' Cobra engines are not cheap. I've only seen a couple for sale and they run about 10-12k then you have to have it installed.

Personally, I would buy a supercharger and supporting mods then a bottom end. It'll be a lot cheaper if the money is spent right and you can do a little at a time instead of having to drop that kind of money at once.
