Well, it looks as if I am going to have to toy with my Z-bar to keep it from hitting my headers. Before I go any further, feel free to steer me right if I am heading in the wrong direction with this mod. Basically, I am going to heat, and bend the bar bout an inch to the right, then, see if I can hook the clutch pedal rod up higher. I also had to get a dropbracket for my powersteering. See the pictures, cuz at this point, I'm bout ready to try anything short of witchcraft to get this mutha to work!!! And, yeah, this is my first time messing roun wit this old horse's underbelly, but I've always found ways to bend, cut, weld things to where they need to be in savage hot rodder fashion.

The Z bar tweak looks to be pretty straightforward. Shouldn't have any problems. The drop bracket will take care of the header hitting the p.s. ram but make sure you have a strong frame. With the drop bracket, a lot more leverage is put on the bracket and could rip out the bolts in the frame that hold it.
