I'm in the process of rebuilding my 67's 289. What's it take to make it burn E85? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The main thing you are going to want to do with your engine set up, is monitor your air/fuel ratio. Ethanol has a tendency to burn hotter, which will cause your engine to run lean at time's. I would install an o2 sensor in your exhaust and then connect a datalogger to that, so that you can keep an eye on your air/fuel ratio.
That is a great idea though, your engine itself can handle the use of ethanol. Be sure in your build too, that you don't use rubber hose connection's on your fuel line's. You are going to want to make the entire fuel system connection's out of stainless steel line's.
