Exhaust cut offs

Does anybody know who sells electric exhaust cut offs.You know they open your exhaust to flow free upstream of the mufflers.They are a Y fitting with a gate valve disc on the branch of the Y.

For years I had seen them in JC Whitney catalogs, (they were cable operated though).
