I have a exhaust system from a 2008 GT500 Mustang, I am wanting to know if i can use just the high flow ctas,Xpipe and maybe the mufflers? I know it will all have to be reworked because on my '03 the mufflers are before the axle on the '08 they are after. does anyone know from a honest tech. point of view is this possiable? I know I will have to plug one of the O2 sencers on the cats because it looks ,like i only have 1 on the '03. I just want to know if the pieces will bolt on with some work?

It would take considerable fabrication but I'm sure it could be done.

yes if they are the same block 4.6 why would it not the y just bole on with some adaptors? For th echange in pipe size? the spread on the X pipe should be the same right? Well i am going to the muffler shop today and will let ya know how it goes.:bigthumbsup

It will not work, And the reason is the headers are shorter on the 08' GT500. The cats would be draging the ground if we did put it on my 03'GT.Oh well Guess I will be getting by with stock pipes.
