I know my 1999 v6 mustang has a problem with the headers or exhaust manifold have a problem with leaking. I was just asking could the headers from a 2001-2004 fit my car im assuming it would. but i need an easy and cheaper fix.

yes, they will fit... identical motors..

Thats why i said i assume...a know a few things are different with the 2001-2004 are different so i was making sure.

The only difference between the 99-00 and 01-04s is in the lower intake manifold (IMRCs) and in the air intake (99-00 had a separate IAT sensor, 01-04s had integrated sensors in the MAF).
