What hole do i need to drill to make the swap out. I alway hear about it but not sure where to drill it. any help would be great.

drill/tap the boss on the #5 runner for the ACT sensor and the boss on the passenger side rear corner for the EGR coolant return line

both are 9/16" drill and 3/8" NPT(pipe thread) tap size

Actually there two types of Explorer Intakes 96-and early 97 had the provisions for the ACT sensor where you can drill and tap the boss on runner number (5)
Later 97 and up do not have the boss on the #5 runner. But I've seen some that have been drill and tapped anyway.
