fan turn on temp 2001 Mustang GT

Does anyone know at what temp the cooling fan should turn on at? Also any info on testing the fan.

Just unplug the pigtail next to the fan, get a hot wire and a ground, and jump the fan.

nicks is right, IF YOU R STOCK.

My car turns on the fan @ 180 because I programed it in the tune...
