I'm looking at buying some heads for my mustang. I just got the motor rebuilt about 7,000 miles ago. Right now I'm running an Edlebrock performer intake, mild cam, and 600cfm carb. I'm looking for some heads that I can use on the strip but that I can still cruise around with because it is my daily driver. So far I'm leaning Towards AFR 185's. Do you think I'll need to get a larger carb for the new heads? What do you think? And why? Thanks for all the help!

Nothing special, just new stock replacement pistons.

Well stock replacement would be 4.0 bore so since you got a 306 it has been bored over so the choices are limitless like what kind of material? What compression ratio? What valve reliefs?
