i thought it was appropriate to post a thread because i just finished the braking system for my 1976 mustang II cobra! It was the first step in my restomod of the mustang. now i can push it down the street and be able to stop. i thought that was more important than being able to accelerate but others might argue against that :gringreen.

Cool! What did you do? 5 lug, 4 wheel disc, redo stock brakes? Any pics?

it wasn't in the budget to do 4 disks or 5 lug but that's a future project once the car runs. I just added new parts to the stock brakes. also had to replace a few lines, rebuilt the calipers myself ect. now im painting the inside flat black. lots of work to do still but making progress

I'm also working with my rear brakes to convert to Discs, not easy ones since i need to find the perfect system for the car
