Can’t find a diagram anywhere, replaced the plugs and wires and still getting a misfire, maybe I swapped 2 wires by accident, anyone know the order the coil pack is?

That's the correct firing order, but that is a transverse 4.0L on the orientation diagram on the right. The Mustang 4.0L Bank 1 (1-3) is the pasenger side Bank 2 (4-6) are on the driver's side. So the front of the vehicle would be the bottom the left diagram.

Correct, but that pic that was uploaded may not be from a Mustang at all(Explorer, Ranger, etc) so the orientation of the coil pack may not be the same as in a Mustang engine compartment. However, if the coil pack is oriented(turned) in the same way then it's correct for the Mustang too. Also, the numbering on the coil packs didn't change from model to model. It's always the same.
After looking around the internet the engine firing order looks to be the same for the 3.8L/3.9L in the SN95 as well.
