Has anyone tried flame polishing after the sand paper? I used to flame polish plastic using a Hydrogen / Oxygen torch. Worked very good and fast. Took a little getting used to to get it shiny without making it take a yellow hue. Something the size of those lights would have polished up in about 10 seconds.

It'll work but you'll have to keep doing it from time to time unless you get some protectant coating on them.

I have bad habits, I cant bring my self to use any torch in any constructive manner unless its cuttin metal lol
