What's the difference between the Ford GT-40 intake manifolds, and the Cobra intake manifolds for the 5.0 Mustang?

I'm looking to upgrade my stock '89 Mustang 5.0, and wanna know about how much horsepower I might get with whichever of the above manifolds is best, Ford GT-40 Heads, and an E303 cam shaft if anybody has any idea.

The Cobra manifold is made from CAST ALUMINUM mold.
The GT40 is made of aluminum pipes welded together and has a slightly larger plenum and 70mm vs. 65mm tb opening on the cobra.

The Gt40 flows better than the Cobra, so it is a better option.
That 1996 (!!!) article on Eddelbrock's site is NOT representative of what an Explorer intake REALLY is - it has been proven wrong SO many times I wish they would take it off the net.........
A sise-by-side dyno of all three Ford GT40 family intakes........
I recently installed an Explorer intake on my '88 T-Bird and cpuld tell a power gain.Enough to feel.It took a little work to get everything arranged to the T-Bird's configuration (water lines,ACT sensor, vaccuum hoses),but well worth it.
